Forward Bellevue opened in the Bellevue Square Mall in the summer of 2021. Our doctors are excited to serving the local community with technology-enabled preventive, long-term care. We offer a wide array of health programs centered on topics like heart disease, mental health, and cancer prevention.

We’re located on the first floor of Bellevue Square mall, next to Bose and T-Mobile and right before Nordstrom. Parking is available in the Bellevue Square West Garage nearby.
